I've had a few good quality workouts this week. An 18 mile run on Sunday and a 10 mile uptempo run on Wednesday night and both had me feeling it the next day. The most satisfying run this week happened today when I was able to run with my daughter for the first time since she was born. I pushed her for 2 miles on what was an absolute beautiful day. It was a slow and easy recovery run after the 10 miler yesterday, but it's always awkward to push a stroller after having not done it for a while. It was a bit of a process to get the tires pumped, baby completely ready, water, photo and other stuff before leaving but was well worth it. Below is a picture of Brianne before the run (happy and excited to go) and after the run (tired from getting pushed).
What a doll! I notice the hat was ditched at some point. My kids would never leave them on.
